    5 Stars Easy and Excellent
terrific experience and service… all on-line purchases should be this good . TV is great

4 Stars Quality with great price
With the advent of the digital age I was looking for a replacement TV and like many others I did comparative shopping online and found the Toshiba provided good quality along with most affordable pricing. I was put off by Sony’s prices and glad I made the choice to purchase the Toshiba, which has been a great experience overall in quality of the product and Amazon delivery! Easy set up and compatible with older DVD player. The size is perfect for bedroom or office!

5 Stars Toshiba never disappoints, neither does amazon

Just got this on Friday and I am having fun with it. I have always been happy with Toshiba products and the price on amazon.com beat other retailers, even when they included a cash back bonus from DiscoverCard. I have basic cable (no cable box) and an old VCR and DVD. Friends keep telling me to get a digital cable box and a new VCR/DVD player but everything works great and the reception/audio is 10 times better than before. I pick up alot of new channels including two MPEG music stations. Eventually I will upgrade my connections but for now this set-up will do.

5 Stars Simple Fixed Green Pixel
This TV is everything my Toshiba 42″ is, just smaller. This picture and sound are excellent for my purposes. I would recommend this TV for anyone who wants a smaller flat screen.

It did have a green stuck pixel when I first got it and was really upset to find that manufactures don’t include this in their warranties. Apparently, they all exclude dead or stuck pixels.

I researched this with Toshiba and Googled it and found that most fixes for a stuck pixel can be repaired by just lightly tapping the screen with a smooth object such as the cap of a Sharpie pen. When a laptop screen is touched a white wave is created from the touch. The HDTV is the same. I reluctantly touched the screen and it immediately disappeared.

This is a fix that should be placed in the owner’s manuals under “troubleshooting”.

    5 Stars great tv
I did alot of research as this is the 1st HDTV we have purchased. The price is great for this size AND a reliable name brand. Found a few that were less expensive but had never heard of the brand name. Amazons price beat Best Buy, Circuit City and HH Gregg by a long shot ($200 or better).

The setup required no reading, several different screen sizes and plug ins galore. We have no cable in our area and just use rabbit ears that are 10 years old- we pick up all local stations better than we did on our old tv. Wii looks great too.
